This role involves managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics, and small projects execution while supporting sales and ensuring proper documentation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
It also includes handling complaints, tracking deviations, managing budgets, and ensuring timely procurement and installation in line with Bühler's project management processes.
This is where you'll excel Handle enquiries, compile quotations, generate orders, and organise deliveries to customers.
Track shipping and logistics for BMEL orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and completion.
Manage small projects as part of project management responsibilities.
Handle documentation and track complaints through Bühler's CAQ system.
Prepare project execution specifications for purchase orders within the responsible scope of work.
Support the Project Manager to ensure proper project execution according to Bühler's Project Management process and provide technical support for Claim and Deviation Management.
Manage the budget for the assigned project scope, including costs and quality of subcontracted design services.
These are the skills you'll need Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency in ACAD 2 D and 3 D.
Engineering qualification, preferably at graduate level.
Experience in generating quotations, processing orders, and managing supply and delivery logistics.
Ability to interpret diagrams, technical drawings, and machine manuals.
Strong communication skills to deal with clients and suppliers.
