Are you looking to grow your career in client services and stakeholder management? We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedClient Relationship Assistantto join our collaborative team in Brisbane on a Fixed Term Contract, through to December 2025.

In this role, you will support our Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients across our core business areas –Employee Share Plans, Share Registry, and Investor Relations. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio, develop client-facing skills, and gain exposure to a variety of projects and business functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and is ready to take the next step.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
  • Assist with project planning and execution, including AGMs, mailings, and reporting
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Maintain quality control and assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks
  • Prepare regular client reporting and support invoicing activities
  • Support process improvements, including the use of automation and global delivery teams
  • Contribute to a strong team culture and a high standard of service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail, particularly with numbers and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or corporate services role (advantageous)
  • Degree in a finance, business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience

This role may require flexibility in working hours and occasional travel during peak periods such as AGMs.
