Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Consultant is responsible and accountable for the achievement of net revenue growth by identifying, targeting and closuring sales opportunities. You will work closely and collaboratively with people at every level of our business.

Tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the servicing of existing and new clients through being customer/ candidate orientated.
  • Working within an experienced and supportive team, focusing on clients that trust our process and services, ensuring we deliver every time.
Qualifications

You will be a cultural ambassador for Drake International's business and company values. You will be motivated, highly competent and appropriately experienced. You will be hands-on and, in the detail as a Client Relationship Consultant, with the energy, drive and ambition to forge a successful recruitment career.

To succeed in this position, you will have the following:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - assisting in developing both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills - able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
  • Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems
  • Team player who is focused on delivering the end result and achieving
  • Own Vehicle and license

You will be working a close knit team in a fast paced environment. It is important that you have the ambition and desire to be successful in your role and doing whatever you can to satisfy client and candidate requirements.
