Talent Acquisition Advisor, APS5, Corporate - People (EA2025/162) role at ACCC.

What you will do
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensure quality and client service‑oriented support is provided to all stakeholders
  • Support panels to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes aligned with best practices, timely and cost‑effective
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key agency skills
  • Support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials
About you
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries
  • Demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience

Salary: $89,946 - $95,374 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
