About This Role

The role of Systems Engineer is the first escalation point for our service desk. This includes providing remote and onsite support, managing escalated support requests, resolving ticket escalations, and administering Viatek's real-time Ticket system and monitoring solution.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with a strong client focus, enthusiasm, and demonstrable technical ability. The successful candidate must be able to work within a team, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and have strong time management skills.

Experience in a service desk or MSP environment with a focus on network services, cloud services, servers, and server technologies is required. Experience with O365, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint is advantageous.
