With 23 boutique apartments, this project offers an ideal platform to enhance your commercial skills while being mentored by an experienced Senior CA and seasoned delivery team. Your job

You'll be supporting the Senior CA and broader team across procurement, contract administration, and general project coordination. This position is suited to someone with around 1–2 years of experience as a Junior CA who's looking to step into a structured environment and take on more responsibility. Ideally, you've worked on high-rise residential or commercial projects and can demonstrate commitment and longevity in your previous roles.

Your experience and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification (or near completion) in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering
  • Experience on multi-storey projects (preferred but not essential)
  • Confidence in your abilities to communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Able to engage confidently with subcontractors, hold clear commercial conversations, and assist in driving outcomes
  • The ability to assist in preparing scopes of work and reviewing quotes
  • Knowledge of QLD construction legislation
  • Working experience of construction-specific programs like Procore, Jobpac, CHEOPS, Acconex
