We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement cutting-edge CRM solutions for our clients using the Dynamics CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex CRM systems
  • Gain expertise in the Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform
  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, customization, and integration
  • Maintaining relevant certifications such as MB-900, MB-200, MB-400 is advantageous
