About The Role
Are you passionate about helping others grow and thrive in their careers? We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences across our organisation. Reporting to the Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a vital role in coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of learning initiatives for a geographically dispersed workforce operating on both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of training programs and organisation-wide events for employees.
- Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
- Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
- Help produce and distribute learning materials and evaluation forms.
- Assist in updating and managing content on our Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Support the delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
- Contribute to internal communications that promote learning and growth.
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
