The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive UXT's growth and expand our presence across all industries. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with decision-makers, present tailored AV/UC solutions, and close deals that highlight the impact and value of our services. This is a strategic role for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a team shaping the future of managed AV/UC in Australia.

What You\'ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all industries and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to develop compelling proposals and commercial models that highlight ROI and demonstrate transformation value
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, working closely with customer success and technical teams
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline, ensuring strong sales hygiene, reliable forecasting, and timely reporting of performance against sales targets
  • Represent UXT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in business development / sales, preferably in AV, IT managed services, or enterprise tech
  • Strong understanding of AV/UC technologies and managed service delivery; proven track record in structuring and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Highly competent and experienced with CRM systems such as Pipedrive or similar, ensuring accurate pipeline management and sales hygiene
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events and internal strategy sessions
