Overview

The Metropolitan North, Human Resources Regional Operations team is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team. Our team is co-located within the Brisbane North / Moreton Bay area with offices in Nundah and North Lakes as potential base locations. Flexible work arrangements are available and can be negotiated.

The temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

Why this Role? As the Human Resources Consultant you will provide high level operational advice and support in relation to services across the range of human resource management functions to schools and/or the region and participate in the implementation of systemic priorities and initiatives.

Role responsibilities

  • Implementing and improving business processes and systems
  • Developing capability of team members in HR systems and processes
  • Coordinating meetings, host placements and administrative processes for the injury management team
  • Responding to data requests and corporate reporting activities
  • Provide high level operational advice and support across the HR team

The Human Resources Consultant reports to the Manager HR Operations, Metropolitan North Region.
