People and Culture have an exciting opportunity within the HR Business Partner team. In this role you will be involved in delivering a range of HR services, including HR advice and support services across the full breadth of HR activities, working with staff to resolve issues, providing coaching, training and support to senior leaders and staff.
Responsibilities- HR legislation, policy, procedures and processes
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance and development Employee relations
- Workforce planning
- Job analysis and evaluation
- Work health and safety
- Payroll and entitlements related issues
- Undertaking research and analysis to develop advice, policy, procedures and strategic documents relating to complex employment matters which support business operations and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Facilitating the resolution of complex employee relations issues through the provision of effective support, through case management and workplace interventions.
- Undertaking HR projects, including research and preparation of associated reports, submissions and correspondence, and implement agreed outcomes.
- Providing relevant data, accompanying analysis and reports to support business initiatives and employee management including establishment management.
- Actively participating as a team member to build and sustain positive working relationships with team members and clients and to promote a positive culture which emphasises quality client service delivery.
