Brightstar Resources (ASX: BTR) owns and operates the Second Fortune and Fish Gold Mines in the Laverton Goldfields region of Western Australia, with projects extending across Laverton, Menzies, and Sandstone. Joining our growing corporate services team at the Subiaco Head Office, this part time Monday – Friday (25 hours per week) role will be responsible for front of house operations and administrative support that ensures a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning workplace.

You will be managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors as well as:

  • Monitoring shared inboxes and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Assisting with travel bookings for corporate, exploration, and site-based teams
  • Supporting internal events, conferences, and onboarding logistics
  • Maintaining a clean, well-functioning office by ordering supplies, setting up meetings, liaising with building facilities management
  • Providing general administrative support including data entry and document control

You will have previous experience in a receptionist role, excellent communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused attitude. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are essential.Seniority level
