Make a meaningful impact with a NFP

Identify and apply for grant opportunities that align with organisational objectives.
Manage existing partnerships and foster new relationships with stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies for securing funding and resources.
Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.
Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and reports for funders and partners.
Maintain up-to-date records of funding opportunities and partnership activities.
Ensure compliance with grant and partnership agreements, including financial accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Grants And Partnership Manager Should Have

Demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements.
A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
A genuine passion for community-focused work and cultural awareness.
