Research Grant Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Research Administration Officer to provide critical operational support for research activities.
- Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end research grants process from proposal development, submission and reporting.
- Advising and guiding academic staff through research compliance, policies and funding requirements, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing and managing research-related financial administration, data analysis and reporting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the University and external partners.
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting research strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key contact for all research administration matters, you will bring a research administration background within higher education and confidence to work independently. A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education/training is required. You should have experience in higher education research administration, particularly grant processes and knowledge of research policies and procedures.
This role requires excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data and develop guidelines, policies and procedures are also essential.
