About the role(s)

We are looking a Project Managers for role within our growing client base.

You will bring well rounded Project Management and delivery expertise to our clients. This role is expected to contribute Project Management practice expertise, guidance, tools and support across the team, and is specifically responsible for the end to end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring that stated outcomes and benefits are achieved.

These roles are full-time permanent or contract roles.

Candidates with qualifications or experience in iterative and waterfall delivery methodologies are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Project manage major and minor projects as assigned
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and across all key project elements (time, cost + quality)
  • Understand stakeholder requirements and translate into business needs.
  • Respond to and meet the delivery needs of projects of our clients and lead the development of project deliverables.
  • Ensure project business solutions and outcomes are embedded into the business ways of working in a sustainable way.
  • Manage the administration of specific project financial budgets to that ensure an effective balance between service delivery and expenses in accordance with financial obligations and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive on-going relationships with internal and external stakeholders that will support delivery.
  • Identify and manage all stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle, ensuring adequate communication is maintained
  • Build trust and integrity, by consistently applying ethical actions, transparent communications and commitments with internal and external stakeholders

You will have:

  • Preference will be for Project Managers that have worked in regulated environments or that have Banking and Finance experience.
  • Tactful and professional approach with great stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders through to delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in self-motivating, self-directed value driven working style
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You must have the necessary rights to undertake employment and work in Australia.
