What does a Transport Engineer or Planner in our Transport team do?

• Carry out site surveys, investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects

• Assist with collection and analysis of data as appropriate

• Assist in undertaking calculations, spreadsheet assessments and intersection analysis to ensure that technical assessments provide appropriate solution

• Support specific project including assisting with planning, co-ordination and report writing

• Assist in the preparation of engineering project documents and client presentations pertaining to specific project deliverables

• Assist with the assessment and provide design advice for intersection and parking layouts in accordance with current standards and guidelines.

• Assist with communication and development of ongoing contacts with clients as required

• Organise tender documents, assist in the preparation of tenders

• Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities, including preparing proposal material as required

About You

• Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography or Economics degree

• Passion for learning and problem-solving

• Eligible to work in Australia

• Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post graduation
