Hospitality Recruits is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Junior Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, working closely with the Executive Chef, and achieving short and long-term business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence: Maintaining high standards of kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
  2. Menu Development: Collaborating with the kitchen staff to create innovative menus that meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Ensuring the effective use of inventory control systems, purchasing, and delivery of supplies to maintain high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  4. Food Safety Compliance: Managing assigned HACCP (food hygiene) plans to ensure a safe food handling environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Chef Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a trade qualified Chef is required.
  2. Industry Expertise: The candidate should have extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in a senior role.
  3. menu development and implementation: The ability to develop and implement creative menu plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Functions and Events: Experience in managing functions and events, including major events and public catering, is highly desirable.
  5. Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to maintain high workloads and meet deadlines within specified time frames.
