We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous Chef/Sous Chef to lead our kitchen teams and drive culinary excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Menu Development: Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  2. Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate kitchen teams to achieve high levels of productivity and performance.
