Engine Swim — Australia's leading independent swim and performance brand — is looking for an experienced, driven State Sales Manager to take charge of our Queensland market.

About the Role

Based in QLD, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across swimming clubs, surf lifesaving, schools teamwear, and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities include:

· Lead, develop, and grow Engine Swim in QLD across all market segments.

· Build long-term relationships with clubs, schools, surf clubs, retailers, and event organisers.

· Deliver sales growth targets and identify new business opportunities.

· Represent Engine at events, swim meets, surf carnivals and expos.

· Champion our brand and deliver exceptional customer service.

What's on Offer

· Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
