About the role

Hologic is an innovative medical technology company focused on improving Women's Health and well-being through early detection and treatment. As a Field Service Engineer with Hologic, you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful career. This role involves supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of Hologic medical equipment. You will apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and maintain systems, demonstrating a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

You will join a high-performing, passionate team dedicated to improving women's healthcare. Our diverse, multidisciplinary team pushes the boundaries of innovation, with a focus on workplace culture, recognition, and employee wellbeing.

Candidate profile
  • Motivated and ambitious, eager to make a positive impact in women's healthcare
  • Committed to learning and stepping out of your comfort zone
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in problem-solving and helping others
  • A recent graduate, a team player, with excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime at short notice
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license
