Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, from digital transformation initiatives to infrastructure upgrades and application development. The role requires a leader who can drive delivery excellence, ensure governance compliance, manage risks, and engage diverse stakeholders.

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Lead the delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Implement Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Lead steering committee meetings and produce executive reporting dashboards.
• Translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Manage project teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and managed service providers.
• Mentor junior PMs and support project governance practices.
• Own the project budget, track financials, and provide forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Clarity PPM.
• Generate project status reports, RAID logs, and resource utilization plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Postgraduate studies or MBA (preferred, not required).
• Mandatory: PMP or PRINCE2
• Preferred: Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe), ITIL, or MSP certifications
• 10–15 years of hands-on project management in complex IT environments.
• Proven success delivering enterprise projects ($5M+ budgets) or multi-year transformation programs.
• Experience working in regulated environments (finance, telecom, healthcare, or government).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage hybrid teams (onshore/offshore) and third-party vendors.
