Role Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity compliance and governance
  • Maintain Essential 8 compliance program
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Manage responses to security incidents and breaches
  • Develop and deliver cyber awareness campaigns
  • Provide security advice for new projects and technologies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred
  • Experience in Cybersecurity within the Defence industry
  • Strong understanding of Essential 8, ISM, and PSPF
  • Hands-on assessment and tool implementation skills
  • Data-driven approach and threat evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
