As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for IT Manager tojoin our corporate office based in Pyrmont.

Job Description:

As our IT Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things tech from managing laptop setups and IT support to leading system integration projects. You'll ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals, supporting seamless operations across both corporate and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end laptop setup and deployment for staff across all locations
  • Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
  • Lead system integration projects including POS and ERP platforms
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory, licensing, and compliance
  • Ensure secure and reliable network infrastructure and implement cybersecurity best practices
  • Align IT systems with business processes and support scalable technology solutions
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years' experience in IT management, ideally in a multi-site retail or corporate setting.
  • Strongbackground in system integrations and IT project leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with retail POS systems and ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
