Your Role
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the WA and SA markets. Based in our Perth office and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, you'll work closely with our suppliers to deliver Power and Cooling Infrastructure Solutions that meet clients' needs. This role focuses on growing existing relationships and developing new business, ensuring our solutions exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Take full ownership of existing client relationships, understanding their history and identifying new ways NPS can support their infrastructure needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Customer Visits and Project Delivery: Conduct regular client visits to ensure timely project delivery aligned with statements of work and customer expectations.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with our global product partners, including regular meetings and training sessions to stay current with the latest solutions.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover and management of new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Background: Experience in sales, project management, or engineering, or a strong willingness to develop your technical and sales skills.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing client requirements and delivering accurate solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Technical Aptitude: Electrical engineering or technical skills are advantageous, though not required.
- Organisational Skills: Effective time management and organisational skills to balance multiple priorities and client needs.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with digital tools to manage accounts and communication efficiently. Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience highly advantageous but not essential.
