Job Overview:

We are seeking results-driven individuals who can drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key account manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet business production goals
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Network with business owners to generate new business opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through effective lead management and conversion
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to expand the customer portfolio
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and loyalty
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in insurance is highly preferred
  • Ability to obtain or possess a property and casualty license
