Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Technical Lead located in Orange, NSW. The Sales Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, providing training to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and developing sales strategies
  • Experience in providing Training and mentoring to sales team members
  • Experience in writing, managing and presenting tender responses to Public Agencies
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Orange, NSW, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of GTT
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Experience in Modern Methods of Construction is beneficial
