
Sales Performance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, improve customer experience, and lead a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
- Monitoring and analyzing store sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly – celebrating successes and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Managing rosters and wage spend in line with operational efficiency.
- Celebrating employee achievements, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and legislation.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for coaching others.
- Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
