Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to help us deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on our products and services. In this role, you will be skilled across our offerings to educate customers on features, benefits, setup, and ongoing use. You will also be responsible for managing and processing loans, including personal and credit card lending, and basic mortgage lending.

Your key duties will include:

  • Assisting the manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans
  • Organising loan distribution and ensuring accurate issuance of cheques to relevant parties
  • Providing training and coaching to staff
  • Owning the retention program for the mortgage book
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Lending experience and sales skills
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • An understanding of our products and services (desired)
