Job Overview

As a key member of our lending team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and developing expertise across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process personal and credit card lending, as well as mortgage lending, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to business development and the management of complex loans, working closely with the Local Manager.
  • Ensure timely loan distribution and accurate cheque issuance to stakeholders.
  • Assist in staff training and coaching, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong lending experience, sales skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are necessary. An understanding of our products and services is desirable but not required.
