The Account Manager will be responsible for the successful management of client communications, ensuring an unparalleled level of service is always delivered.

• Client Relationship: manage day to day client relationships and outputs, ensuring the client's expectations are always exceeded.
• Project Management: Development and ownership of task and project briefs, timelines and project budgets.
• Creative Briefs: Write creative briefs that are thorough yet concise, translating client needs and objectives clearly to Overport's Studio Team.
• Strategy & Brand Guidance: provide strategic brand guidance support to clients day to day, as well as inform and contribute to Overport's strategy and branding projects.
• Process Management: Ensure Overport Agency processes are always adhered to and recommendations for improvements are suggested.
• Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Overport's Community Manager.
• Support: Provide support and client updates to Overport's Directors.

Position Requirements:

• University qualified in a Business, Marketing and or Communications principle
• 4+ years of relevant agency experience
• Ability to move fast, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, whilst ensuring flawless execution
• Highly developed listening and communication skills
• Strong client presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
• Disciplined, highly organised and with exceptional time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to action solutions with speed
• Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
• Passion for all things Communications
• Have a positive and 'whatever it takes' attitude
• An understanding of Social Media is favourable
