About the role

We're looking for a proactive and consumer-focused representative to be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional support and safeguarding the reputation of Treasury Wine Estates. In this role, you'll respond to consumer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely, empathetic, and effective resolutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Respond to consumer inquiries across phone, email, social media, and chat

  • Investigate and resolve product or service issues, escalating where needed

  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the case management system

  • Collaborate with teams like QA, Marketing, and Logistics to resolve concerns

  • Monitor consumer feedback trends and share insights for business improvement

About you

You're a customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service and turning challenges into positive experiences. With strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, you're confident in handling a wide range of consumer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Experience in customer service or consumer affairs, ideally in FMCG, retail or hospitality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptable tone

  • Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to manage complaints with tact, resilience, and accuracy
