Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes
  • Engage with guests, assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes
  • Stay updated on the latest drink trends and craft seasonal cocktails
  • Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
  • Comply with health and safety regulations while serving alcoholic beverages
  • Train and mentor bar staff on techniques and beverage offerings
  • Participate in promotional events and collaborate on marketing strategies related to bar offerings
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar setting
  • In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Current RSA certification and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol
  • Willingness to commit for the entire winter season, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and creating unique guest experiences
