Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide variety of treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair cutting, styling, and coloring.
  • Consult with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Create a serene and welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and comfort for clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and products used on clients.
  • Promote and sell beauty and wellness products to clients, enhancing their experience and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve services.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service and achieve operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Beautician, or Hairdresser in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in various beauty treatments, hair techniques, and spa services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and personalized care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and/or hairdressing.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
