Traverse Alpine Group is an experienced hospitality operator with a demonstrated track record in delivering a high standard of food and beverage services in unique & pristine environments. Traverse Alpine Group is the largest hospitality employer in Falls Creek and is now hiring for Winter Season 2025 for Astra Falls Creek, Huski Kitchen, Frying Pan Inn, Cloud 9 & Dicky Knees. Requirements

  • Availability to work from Early June to early October 2025.
  • Demonstrated restaurant, cafe or hotel skills in an established business.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Professional grooming & presentation.
  • A love for life and a humble personality is an asset.
  • Ability to be a team player and work toward the business goals.
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings and weekends, split shifts, across a number of our venues.
  • Relevant qualifications and certificates essential.
  • Roles offered are normally either a part time role or full-time salaried position and may require you to work across a number of our businesses to meet the goals of our group.
