Digital Marketing Manager

Plan and manage full-funnel digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. Build awareness through short-form video, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content. Encourage interest through customer testimonials, in-depth case studies, and scientifically supported educational resources covering stress management, recovery strategies, sleep optimization, and performance improvement. Manage conversion campaigns, including presale urgency offers and retargeting. Oversee content production: social media posts, email campaigns, SEO content, and website updates. Collaborate with video production teams to deliver premium short-form content. Coordinate influencer and UGC creator partnerships for authentic storytelling. Optimize campaigns daily, track performance, and ensure ROI targets (3–5x ROAS within 90 days). Preference of videography skill. Manage reporting dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with wellness, health tech, or consumer products. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar). Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for performance. Strong storytelling and content strategy skills. Experience managing video shoots and/or UGC creators is a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills. This role will begin with a 1-month paid trial period to ensure strong alignment and measurable results. If the partnership is successful, the role will continue on a long-term basis.
