FIRM

This represents an extremely rare opportunity to join an impressive accounting firm headquartered in Brisbane with multiple locations in QLD. This firm provides their loyal client base with services ranging from Business Services, Tax, SMSFs, Bookkeeping and Financial Planning.

POSITION

The position of Business Services Director has been created to help the firm reach it's full potential.

Working alongside a team of motivated Partners, the role will involve

  • Day to day operations of the firm (across multiple locations)
  • New Business Development
  • Tax advisory and consulting
  • Client relationship management (Circa $3m in fees)
  • Training, mentoring and developing the team (on shore and offshore)

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • CA/CPA
  • 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms (Ideally Mid Tier or Top 100)
  • Excellent technical tax ability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a Director level
  • Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
  • Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Stable employment history from reputable firms
  • Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
