Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the expansion of our MEP Building Services consultancy into Brisbane.

About the Opportunity

We are a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a strong team of 80 based in Sydney. Our reputation for creative excellence and innovative building designs has earned us recognition as a go-to consultant by leading Architects, Head Contractors, and Developers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop business relationships with clients in Brisbane and Sydney across various sectors, including High Rise hotels, health infrastructure, Commercial and Residential.
  • Leverage our existing team and comprehensive service offering, including fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and vertical transportation services.
  • Cultivate a youthful and passionate work environment while maintaining industry expertise.
Your Impact as Brisbane Director

You will:

  • Be the face of our Brisbane operations, building our presence and client relationships in Queensland.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-disciplinary building design services.
  • Build and mentor your team while maintaining our commitment to nurturing engineering talent.
  • Drive business growth and manage P&L for the Brisbane office.
What You'll Need
  • Proven leadership experience in building services engineering in Brisbane and Queensland.
  • Strong Brisbane market connections and business development capability.
  • Track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • A technical background across building services from either Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, or Fire Services.
