POSITION Due to internal restructuring, the position of Head of Finance has been created.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will involve the following: Leadership and Strategic Development Financial Management and Business Performance Budgeting and Forecasting Cash Flow and Financial Planning Compliance People Management Special Projects/Systems Implementations Whilst there is a finance team to manage, this role will require the successful candidate to work in a "hands on" capacity.
CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: CA/CPA Qualified Degree Qualified 10+ years experience in financial and management reporting Exceptional understanding of the construction sector and QBCC matters Experience in systems and software implementations Exceptional leadership skills Outstanding communication and presentation BENEFITS The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
