Senior Contracts Administrator – Landmark Mixed-Use Development
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: October 2025 (or possibly late September for the right candidate)

The Role:As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll play a central role across the full lifecycle of a major mixed-use project, currently in design and scheduled for construction commencement in early 2026. This permanent role will be based out of the Brisbane head office and will see you embedded in the project team from early procurement through to delivery and close-out.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site and Design teams to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and smooth commercial administration. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and enjoys working closely with experienced teams on complex builds.
Key Responsibilities:Administer head contracts and subcontractor packages
Lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting
Manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Assist in financial reporting and project reviews
What You'll Bring:Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds
Strong knowledge of contract law, construction methodology, and cost management
Clear communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with major contract forms and construction software
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related disciplines
