With strong pipeline security and a reputation for delivering quality outcomes, they offer a long-term home for commercially minded professionals seeking real project ownership.The Role:As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll play a central role across the full lifecycle of a major mixed-use project, currently in design and scheduled for construction commencement in early 2026.
This permanent role will be based out of the Brisbane head office and will see you embedded in the project team from early procurement through to delivery and close-out.You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site and Design teams to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and smooth commercial administration.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and enjoys working closely with experienced teams on complex builds.Key Responsibilities:Administer head contracts and subcontractor packagesLead procurement planning and subcontractor lettingManage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost trackingLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsAssist in financial reporting and project reviewsWhat You'll Bring:Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use buildsStrong knowledge of contract law, construction methodology, and cost managementClear communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with major contract forms and construction softwareRelevant qualifications in Construction Management or related disciplinesWhy Apply?
