Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are currently seeking applications for a motivated Customer Development Manager for the Adelaide Branch.

Flick is a strong established iconic Australian brand within the pest control industry. As an industry leader, we employ over 1,800 professional staff and service over 325,000 customer sites annually. We protect over 55,000 commercial sites and 200,000 residential customers from pests every year. We also keep our commercial customer's premises hygienically clean by servicing over 60,000 washrooms sites.

Flick Anticimex is regarded as Australian No. 1 and one of New Zealand's Leading Pest Control and Hygiene companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Securing new business while maintaining existing customers
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Maintaining weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer and business expectations are met
  • Work alongside the regional sales manager to achieve the budgeted branch portfolio gain
  • Identify and pursue potential areas for growth
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Advise customers of the total Flick-Anticimex range of products and services
  • Build relationships with prospective & current clients to generate leads, convert and close sales
  • Provide accurate and on time weekly reporting
  • Monitor and review individual targets and provide feedback to the branch manager

Essential Skills
  • Be driven to achieve sales results
  • A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role
  • Able to negotiate win-win outcomes
  • Be a self-starter with an ability to build relationships with new and established clients
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to generate new business leads
  • Be well presented and have good interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Be professional and reliable with a willingness to accept responsibility
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised
  • A good eye for detail
  • Ability to deliver and exceed sales budgets and meet deadlines
  • Time management and planning skills
