What role will you play?

As a Senior Client Coverage Lead, you will be responsible for generating balance sheet and revenue growth through delivering superior service and insights to both new and existing clients. You will adopt a client-centric approach, understanding your clients' business needs to tailor unique, value-driven solutions. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent client outcomes.

What you offer
  • Experience as a Client Coverage Lead, Relationship Manager, or Property Professional, preferably within Corporate and Institutional Banking
  • Strong understanding of lending against commercial investment property across various legal structures
  • Ability to understand complex business structures, analyze financial data, and calculate lending capacity based on cash flow analysis
  • A proven track record of delivering results with strong deal structuring skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for building long-term relationships with clients
