Our Marine Tourism team is expanding and we have a number of exciting opportunities for vibrant people to join our team in Cairns.

The Role

Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese is highly desired for this role.

Our Cruise Attendants are customer focused people who are passionate about creating an enjoyable and quality experience for all guests on board our vessels. Your day would be filled with greeting and assisting clients on board, food preparation and presentation, presentation of vessels and general cleaning duties, bar service, assisting with securing vessel and ordering stock.

  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and safety
Qualifications, Traits & Availability
  • Fun, friendly and customer service focused
  • Safety focused
  • Team player, able to work well within a demanding environment
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Available for shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • Previous Cruise Attendant/Hospitality services experience is an advantage
  • Food Safety Certificate (I'M ALERT)
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Bronze Medallion or Rescue Diver qualifications (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese is highly desired for this role
