We're currently searching for an experienced IT business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities within the Evolve scope of products that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWhat will you be doing:
- Develop and maintain professional networks to foster business growth
- Showcase products, demonstrate features, models and technical specifications with clients
- Meet or exceed sales budget and contribute to revenue growth
- Identify and evaluate new business relationships to extend and develop Evolve's portfolio using a list of prospects provided and leverage your own existing network
- Generate effective sales pipelines and drive from opportunity identification to close, and provide port sales support as required
- Relationship building, ability to foster valuable connections with clients
- Maintain accurate and current data in our job management platform relating to accounts, contacts, opportunities
- Exhibit people-focused behaviour, relationship management, a healthy competitive nature with a passion for leadership, sales and service excellence, with a quality-led approach
The Skills we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years with a proven track record of business development and sales experience in relevant industries
- Sharp negotiations, networking skills and time management
- Skilled in contract presentation, negotiation and closing
- Honest and transparent individual, who truly wants to add value to Evolve
- Independence in approach, demanding a considerable degree of originality, integrity and judgement
- Creativity, drive and tenacity, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Long term secure employment opportunity with a privately locally owned Australian business
