About the Role

The Residential Sales Estimator is responsible for:

• Preparing detailed quotes and accurate project estimates based on client needs
• Presenting proposals and closing sales using construction knowledge
• Guiding clients through every stage of the renovation or new build process
• Liaising with project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Driving personal success with an attractive commission structure

What You Bring

• Proven experience in the building industry
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Formal qualification in building or a trade certificate (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation, drive, and a passion for helping clients achieve their dream homes
• Ability to prepare accurate quotes and estimates for residential projects
• Eagerness to transition into a client-facing, sales-focused role
