Key Responsibilities
  • Execute virtual sales activities and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized insurance options.
  • Leverage warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing.
  • Track your performance and align daily activities with personal and team goals.
  • Stay current with industry tools, training, and trends to continually sharpen your skills.
  • Complete company-supported training to obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed).
Qualifications
  • No prior insurance or marketing experience required — comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to manage time in a fully remote setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
