About The Role

We are seeking an individual with significant demonstrated experience as a Site Administrator supporting a mining operation. As the Site Administrator, you will provide accurate, timely and innovative administrative support to our project and corporate based teams. This role is on an 4/3,5/2 roster FIFO from Perth.

Additionally, you will:

  • Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
  • Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
  • Managing mobilisation process
    • employee paperwork accuracy
    • booking travel & accommodation
    • setting up inductions
  • Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
  • Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements
About You
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2years experiencein a similar position
  • Experience with JDE & Inex required
  • Experience in mining operations administration
  • Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
