Director – Property & Asset Management (4-Month Contract, Immediate Start)

About the role

Stanton Hillier Parker is seeking an experienced Director of Property & Asset Management to join their team on a 4-month temporary contract to cover long service leave. As a senior leader, you will provide strategic direction, ensure the highest standards of property and financial management, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable property professional who thrives in a leadership role. You will bring:

Proven senior-level experience in commercial property and asset management.

Demonstrated success working with institutional clients.

Strong knowledge of building management and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MRI property management systems.

Solid understanding of accrual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
