About this Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, as the Manager, Maintenance Operations, you will support the management, oversight, and continual improvement of engineering operations across the RFDS SA/NT, four bases.

Specifically, you will:


• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure the highest standards of airworthiness and safety are maintained.


• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with CASA regulatory requirements, RFDS policies, and OEM guidelines.


• Coordinate and oversee fleet-wide modifications, upgrades, and maintenance programs for PC-12, PC-24 and C208 aircraft

About You

You are:


• A Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with strong aircraft maintenance leadership experience.


• An excellent communicator with problem-solving, and organisational skills.


• Able to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
