About The Role

Join a passionate Global Member Experience team dedicated to delivering seamless and impactful experiences across every stage of the member journey. We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives that drive engagement with our Associate members as they progress toward becoming a CPA. (Student Journeys)

Reporting to the Journey Program Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end campaigns, managing stakeholders, and ensuring marketing activities are executed to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your marketing career in a purpose-driven environment.

This is a contract role until December 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and calendar planning
• Use marketing automation tools to build and optimise campaigns
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet business objectives
• Coordinate with external suppliers, including managing estimates, POs, and invoices
• Maintain organised campaign documentation and file management
• Provide general administrative and campaign support to the team

About You

• A keen interest in marketing with some experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Copywriting skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
